Thank you for choosing Casa di Elisa. We have tried to create a welcoming environment and hope you will spend a wonderful holiday in our house.

 

The following regulation is designed to ensure a harmonious stay; here are some rules that we are sure you will follow.

 

With a responsible use of the apartment, you will help us offer a valuable holiday accommodation  also in the future.

 

If there is something in the apartment that does not work or you need help, do not hesitate to contact us, we are at your disposal.

All objects inside the apartment and  on the balcony are at your disposal. Please, use them with care and ensure that also all your travel companions will do the same.

 

Please, take care that only clean dishes are stored in the lockers, the same goes for the cutlery, pots and all the equipment you have used.

 

In our town,  there is a separate collection of waste: plastic, glass / metal, paper, wet and residual waste.

The collection bins are located in the closet, while the organic waste basket is placed under the sink.

 

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, any damage such as burn marks and holes on furniture, floors, linens and table linens etc., will be charged on the invoice for the replacement value ( the amount is not included in the amount of lease).

However, it is possible to smoke on the balcony where you will find an ashtray.

 

To avoid unpleasant inconvenients, please do not throw anything but the toilet paper in  the WC. Please use the dedicated bin for other waste.

 

Nobody intentionally damages things, but it may happen that  something is damaged during the stay.

We should be grateful if you informed us of the damage immediately  so that it is not discovered only after your departure during the final cleaning.

 

 When you go out, please close windows and doors  to avoid damage that can result from bad weather. Make sure that the lights are off during your absence period,  environment and  owners will be grateful to you. The hosts are  not responsible for guests' valuables.

 

For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the apartment or in common areas.

 

On the booking of the apartment, the house rules are recognized and accepted.
